GOOD TO KNOW / BEFORE YOU ORDER

A few answers.

Custom work, without the guesswork. Here’s how artwork, proofs and delivery work at Chromatic.

How do I order custom stickers or labels?

Choose your product, shape, size, material, quantity and finish in the order builder. Upload your artwork, review the proof, and approve it before adding the design to your cart or checking out.

Do I need an account?

No. You can order as a guest. Stripe collects your email and U.S. shipping address at checkout, and we email your confirmation and approved-proof links.

Can I order several different designs together?

Yes. Approve each design and add it to your cart. Each item retains its own quantity, price, artwork, cut line and gloss selection, and you pay once for the cart.

What artwork files can I upload?

The editor accepts PDF, JPG/JPEG, PNG and WebP files up to 50 MB. Use the highest-quality original you have; a vector PDF is helpful for crisp logos and lettering. For photos, aim for 300 pixels per inch at the finished print size. Enlarging a small image does not create missing detail.

What should I check on my proof?

Check spelling, finished dimensions, artwork placement, the cut line, and any gloss areas. Jar label orders require approval of both the top and side labels. Editing the design or order specifications requires a new approval.

How does die-cut sizing work?

The largest selected dimension sets the maximum finished edge. The other edge follows the artwork’s proportions without stretching it. Check the actual dimensions displayed in your proof before approving.

How do holographic, clear and metallic materials affect my artwork?

The material shows through transparent and white artwork areas because these orders do not include a white-ink underbase. Lighter colors may let more of the material show. The screen preview is a simulation, not a guaranteed color match.

What is the difference between lamination and spot gloss?

Lamination is the standard die-cut finish. Spot UV and embossing apply a specialty finish to the areas selected in your gloss layer. Review and correct the selected areas before approving; automatic selection is a starting point, not a substitute for your proof review.

Are jar labels the same as labeled jars?

No. Jar labels are printed labels only, with separate top and side artwork. Labeled jars include jars with labels applied and include packing materials. Choose Ground or next-day shipping at checkout.

How long does production and shipping take?

Production normally takes 24–48 hours after payment and proof approval, depending on embossing. U.S. transit normally takes 1–3 days after production. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; contact us before ordering for a fixed event deadline.

Is shipping free?

Standard U.S. shipping is included for sticker and label orders, with no minimum spend. Labeled jars have separate Ground and next-day shipping rates; packing materials are included. Other custom shipping is confirmed with your quote.

Can I change an order or report a problem?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order reference. Changes depend on whether production has started. For a damaged or incorrectly produced order, include photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and discuss the appropriate next step.
