Free U.S. shipping

Standard shipping within the United States is included on all sticker and label orders, with no minimum order value. Online checkout currently accepts U.S. shipping addresses.

Labeled-jar prices include packing materials, with separate Ground or next-day shipping selected at checkout. Other custom production shipping is confirmed with your quote. Labels-only orders do not include jars.

Production and delivery timing

Production normally takes 24–48 hours after payment and proof approval, depending on embossing. Sticker and label transit normally takes 1–3 days after production. Labeled-jar transit depends on the selected shipping service and destination; next-day shipping starts after production, not when the order is placed.

Production time and transit time are separate. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. If you need your order for a specific event, contact us before ordering so we can confirm what’s feasible.

Proofs and order changes

Review your artwork, spelling, dimensions, cut line and gloss selection before approval. We preserve the approved proof with your order.

For a change, cancellation request or shipping-address correction after checkout, contact us immediately with your order reference. We’ll check the production status and confirm what can still be changed. A request is not confirmed until our team responds.

Returns and problems with an order

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from the approved proof, email us with the order reference and clear photos of the product and packaging. Keep the packaging until we’ve reviewed the issue.

We review custom-order return and refund requests individually and will confirm the appropriate next step with you. Please contact us before mailing anything back; this page does not promise an automatic refund or replacement.
