CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Privacy policy.
Draft updated October 6, 2026. Final business and legal review is pending.
Information we collect
When you contact Chromatic Creations or place an order, we receive the contact details you provide, order specifications, uploaded artwork, approved proofs, payment status and delivery information. Inquiry records can also include the page, referring website and campaign information that brought you here. Hosting and payment providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser details.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, process and fulfill orders, produce your artwork, send confirmations and proof links, provide support, and protect the service against misuse.
Payments and service providers
Stripe handles payment details through its checkout. This website does not store raw card numbers. Providers supporting hosting, private file storage, transactional email, artwork processing and shipping may process information needed to perform those services. Their services have their own privacy terms.
Browser storage and tracking
The site uses browser storage to remember your guest cart, order access and session referral information. Clearing browser storage can remove access to your cart on that device. The current site does not change this storage behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Payment providers and external sites you choose to visit may use their own cookies or tracking technologies.
Artwork and retention
Uploaded artwork and production downloads use private storage and access-controlled links. Keep private links confidential. Order email download links currently expire after 30 days; link expiration is not a promise that the underlying files have been deleted. Records may be retained for fulfillment, support, accounting, security and applicable obligations. Exact retention periods and deletion procedures are being finalized.
Your requests
For questions or requests to access, correct or delete information, email chromaticcreationsla@gmail.com. Include enough information to identify your inquiry or order, but do not email card details. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required for legitimate obligations.
Changes and contact
Updates will be posted here with a revised date. Contact Chromatic Creations at the email above or 802 E Gage Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90001.
