Orders and quotes
Review the product, dimensions, quantity, materials, finishes and price before paying. Custom production outside the online builder is confirmed through a separate quote. Taxes and any applicable shipping are shown at checkout. Jar labels are labels only; labeled jars include jars with labels applied.
Your artwork
Only upload artwork you own or have permission to reproduce. Supplying artwork authorizes us to process it and make the products you order. This does not transfer ownership of your artwork to us. Do not upload unlawful content or private information you are not authorized to share.
Proof approval
Check spelling, size, placement, cut lines and gloss before approving. Both top and side jar labels need approval. Automatic gloss selections and jar mockups are aids, not final production instructions. Flat approved proofs determine the order; screen colors and illustrative material previews are not guaranteed matches to physical output. Editing a design requires approval again.
Payment and timing
Production normally takes 24–48 hours after payment and proof approval, depending on embossing. Shipping time is additional and depends on the selected service and destination. Timing is estimated rather than a guaranteed event delivery date. Contact us before ordering for a fixed deadline.
Changes, cancellation and problems
Contact us promptly with your order reference for changes or cancellation requests. Availability depends on production status; a request is not confirmed until our team responds. For damaged, defective or incorrectly produced items, send photos of the product and packaging. We review the issue and confirm the next step individually. Contact us before returning anything. Using the website
Do not interfere with the service, bypass private-file access controls or access another customer’s order. Keep your order and download links confidential. If a technical error affects an order, contact us rather than submitting repeated payments.
